Artician Skins are Back

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you know Artician Skins are back in action, we had to disable them for a bit as we did more renovation on the userpages. New module systems are on the way. It will give you the ability to control the order of your modules, and even have some minimal HTML control to create more customized layout options for the userpages. CSS is ALMOST finalized so if you guys want you can start customizing CSS, but no promises that any HTML won't be changed for the userpages. We don't expect to be making any changes to the HTML strucure, but if we do it will be minimal, and I will be sure to keep a strict log of any changes so anyone with customizations can update their CSS. Or....Choose from all our fruity colors...

To Choose your Skin:

Just head over to a Userpage Skin Customization and choose a skin from the drop down menu, then just click Save and your done! Click the "Refresh Preview" button in the customization toolbar to see your userpage using the new skin
Enjoy the fresh colors....More colors are welcome upon request!

Thanks Kman... If anyone wants to know how long it actually took me to design the skin in PS, and actually change the CSS on the userpages it took about 35 minutes.

I spent most of my time, creating the different colors, and debugging IE6's annoyingness. Now it's solid. Tested in IE6, IE7, Opera, Firefox, and Safari (windows). Mark you'll let me know how it is on the mac

The black skin "Night" has been the top choice so far. 4 out of 4 so far used the black skin, lol. Including bob sapp up there!

___Nice ERIC nice....I think you should let all theguys to know the specs so we can all make one skin to contribute and make the list larger

Thanks breaker. Hmm, the thing is there really is no specs in web design. These baby's are fully customizable if you know CSS, and can really look however you want them too.

The only Dimensions I could provide you with is:

Default Skin:

Page width: 920px
Banner width: 920px
Content area: 605px
Side Panel: 300px

------------------------

This Skin:
Page width: 920px
Banner width: 912px (needed 4 pixel shadow on each side)
Content area: 611px
Side Panel: 303px

But you can change things around however you'd like. Wait till I have more time to mess with skins, I will create some funky ones!
