Now that I've uploaded a (small) handful of pieces, it's probably a good time to introduce myself. :3
My name's Hellen, and I'm graduating from uni in about a month and a half, with a BA in Archaeology. Since my life has consisted almost entirely of dissertation-writing for the last, oh I don't know, century, aeon, geological time-period, I haven't really had time to produce anything much beyond doodles and sketches. Now that I'll soon be deadline-free for a little while, though, I really want to work on and improve my art.
So! I'm here to make friends and look at the pretties, but also to get some feedback and critique on my stuff.
I was considering going back to dA, but I've never really liked the place that much; I got an email from here, tried it out, and it's pretty nice so far.
