Question here.

Lets say I have a video that I made in which I would like to remove the background and then make it into an animated gif with a transparent background.

Here is an example of the original video:

And desired result:
http://rogue.bucks.edu/~s0410754/Other%20S.../roach_walk.gif

I managed to get it into a transparent gif but I had to break it up into frames in photoshop then manually delete each background in each frame. Its the biggest waste of time and I was wondering if there is a simple way to do it.

If you want to convert it to GIF first. There's a color replacement thing in Jasc Animation Shop Pro. IM me if you want it. I can show you screenshots of how easy it is.
