Patricia Lois Nuss is a practicing artist specializing in photography. Her work has been exhibited nationally, including the Corcoran College of Art and Design in Washington D.C., The WIlgus Gallery at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland, and the Florida State College Museum of Fine Art in Tallahassee, FL.
Nuss was born in 1985 in South Kingston, RI.
She will be receiving her MFA in Studio Art & the Computer this Spring 2011 and received her BFA in Photography in 2008, both at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL.
Nuss makes artwork that investigates the comparative territories of human emotion as it relates to the many facets of culture.
Patricia’s main body of work focuses on the role female idols play in society, both past and present.
