Like every form of art, nature photography requires lots of practice to master. A passion for taking photos, creativity, knowledge and good camera are essentials that you need most of the time. Tip 1: Camera

Numerous kinds of cameras and lenses are available, but it is good to start with entry level SLR. You can choose any company, all provide quality product. A perfect knowledge about light will help you take great snaps.

Tip 3: Travel

Visiting once at the location to click picture wont work, go to the place at different months of the year. Due to climatic condition the same location will look different at different parts of the year. In the rainy season, you will find lots of greenery and various kinds of insects while in winter, it will look dull. Take a walk around to find out area of interest or a great spot. Once you have identified the spot, visualize some interesting compositions before snapping.

Tip 4: Take notes

Make a habit of noting down details about every photography session in detail- date, time of the day, time of the year, description of location, subject, lens used, detail of the camera, settings and theme. This will help you to learn from your shortcomings and assist to get best out of any situations.

Tip 5: Compose your shot

A nature photographer needs to use his creativity and observing capability to get the most out of surrounding. Needs to be really quick with the decision, a fraction of a second could be the main difference between a good and a great photograph. Try out different prospective like if you are clicking a flower, take some very close pictures, you can shoot with surrounding trees or bushes to create attractive views. Same applies for river, mountain and valleys.

Tip 6: Love Nature and Wildlife

Mis Tilt-Shifts by Arystor

Buenas, estreno portfolio con mis pinitos en las artes y espero que comentis sobre mis trabajos.

Para estrenar el portfolio y este blog quera poner algunas imgenes que he fotografiado y que luego he aplicado unos filtros en Photoshop para darle un estilo tilt-shift.

El tilt-shift es un filtro de objetivo que hace que las imgenes que fotografa la cmara parezcan reducidas y con apariencia de miniaturas, aunque este efecto tiene mayor alcance en paisajes y tomadas desde un punto de vista lejano. Como no tengo esos objetivos de cmara (que son carsimos) y como carezco de una cmara reflex us el programa Photoshop para darle unos retoques a ciertas fotografas. Alguna me ha quedado francamente bien, modestia opinin.
