Several days ago,Nintendo has updated 3DS Firmwar to V5.0.0-11,several flashcart has been blocked,yet,dstwo 3ds, r4i gold rts 3ds and so on have bypassed th block. I have tested my supercard dstwo and found it works perfectly and post here for sharing.

From my test, if your dstwo can work well on 3DS V4.5.0-11,it will work on V5.0.0-11 as well.Many store provide preflashed dstwo, so you dont need any updating, just download the latest firmware V1.19 and unzip it,open the folder and copy the root files into your micro sd card,then you can make your dstwo 3ds work on V5.0.0-11.Here is a store provides preflashed dstwo and you can buy it from : buy dstwo

If you dstwo cant work well on 3ds latest firmware, you can flash your scds2 by this method :

Step 1: Download the firmware v1.19 .

Step 2: Unzip and copy the upgrade file such as dstwoupdate.dat to MicroSD.

Step 3: Make sure you have DSTWO EOS system in your MicroSD, if you dont have, please download: DSTWO EOS v1.11(2012-12-12).

Actually the V5.0.0-11 3ds firmware didnt block the r4i gold 3ds card. so if your r4i gold 3ds can work on your previous 3ds firmware, it will still work on the new 3ds firmware. feel free to update your 3ds to the latest firmware.

As we know that r4i gold 3ds cart uses the wood firmware. So when you receive the r4i gold 3ds card, you can just download the latest wood firmware from the official site and use it on your 3ds latest firmware.

When you buy the r4i gold 3ds card from the site,make sure the card you buy will be pre flashed for the latest 3ds firmware, because if it is not pre flashed, when you receive the card from them, you will need to use a ds lite to update the card by yourself, this is complicated because not all the people have the ds lite to do the udpate and not everyone knows how to update it. How to install R4i V1.72bto card

1. Download latest R4i V1.72b to the computer, from r4i-gold,r4i 3ds card.com or r4town download page.

2,r4 sdhc. Unzip the patch into 5 files: "homebrew" , "moonmemo" , "moonshl2" , "R4iMenu",R4I-SDHC 3DS; , ",R4ISDHC DUAL-CORE; R4.dat".

3. Connect the MicroSD card to the computer through an USBreader, and format the MicroSD card.

4. Copy all the 5 files to the root directory of the MicroSD card.

November 10th is the date most fans of Modern Warfare 2 have being waiting for and that same day youll be able to play the full game at their stores. The so popular sequel of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will arrive to shelves all over the globe on November 10, you can preorder right now with Sony and you will receive a $5 Sony Style gift card. If you havent heard of the game (which I doubt) go to Youtube and type in Modern Warfare 2 and watch some of the videos they have there.

Why it needs more attention? Wel, first of, it has amazing art! Games like these can be timeless because it's not depending on next gen 3D graphics. In games like these the art director is making sure the game can still hold up after 30 years.

The only fucked up thing about this game, and it doesn't affect everybody, is the fact that it didn't get a release here in Europe

Still to be released. It probebly allready has allot of attention because wii doesn't have much games like these. Then yet again, not one platforme has allot of games like these and Vanillaware just knows how to make there games as pritty as they can.

They trully inspire me to make games. Not only do they know how to make things pritty, they also know how to seperate them selfs from the masses with there own look and feel to there games.

These choises are totally subjective, but hey what else did you expect from a blog right?

So! Just set up this new site, (on www.artician.com if you're reading this on blogger.com) and I think it has a really neat customisation tool.

Not much going on in my life as ever, last big thing that happened was I took my Maths GCSE on Tuesday, and I thought it was really easy. I was thinking it'd be really hard and challenge my skills as a mathematician but... it didn't. It just had simple questions and I'm confident I at least got an A on it if not A*!

School is as boring as always, though. Got some homework to do for next week, better do that ASAP, (although knowing me I'll leave it to the last minute, I always do that.) some English and some History. The History homework doesn't look hard at all, nothing a simple search on Google wouldn't do, but the English doesn't look as easy ):

So, what else... I guess I could talk about my latest video game exploits? Okay!

So let's see, recently I bought the game Forbidden Siren, which is one of those hard stealthy type games (which I am absolutely rubbish at XD) and I've only gotten to the 5th or so mission. Been playing Project Zero 2 ALOT. Finished my Hard playthrough FINALLY and moved onto Nightmare mode. I'm up to about Chapter 4 or so on that. Also been playing Ouendan, trying to finish it AGAIN as it deleted my save data. I did accomplish that today, actually. Did rubbish on some songs but OH WELL.

Been playing Rock Band and Brawl casually on the side too... message me your Brawl code people! I need friends on it!

(Did anyone notice the 3 games I talked about first were all Japanese. IT'S A COINCIDENCE I SWEAR.)

So. I guess I'm up to date with my life thus far, I will update this blog regularly (I HOPE to.) so keep in touch!

So, after spending the last two weeks drawn into the marvelous game that is Mass Effect,

I finally got a hold on a copy of GTA IV.

And guess what. I'm bored already.

Well yeah, graphic and soundwise, it's an excellent piece of art.

But there are these small things that is already annoying the hell outta me.

Like, why can't the camera be dead center of the car when you're driving?

And why is the camera so damn slow at turning? How the hell am I supposed to make a corner in 150mph if I can't see what I'm hitting/preferably not hitting?

Some of the controlleroptions are just bloody wrong. Its already been a few times where I have though "Why the hell is that action arranged to that button?".

I dunno. So far I've just haven't seen how people can rate this game over an overall excellent game like Mass Effect.

But then again, we're all different when it comes to preferences and taste.

But I ain't quitting on Mr. Bellic yet. I just hope it picks up ...

About GTA IV...

Grand Theft Auto IV was announced on May 9, 2006 at Microsoft's E3 press conference. Peter Moore (who was Corporate Vice-President of Microsoft's Interactive Entertainment Business division at the time of the announcement) rolled up the left sleeve of his t-shirt to reveal a GTA4 tattoo on his arm. He announced that GTA 4 would be available on Xbox 360 in 2007, and revealed that Microsoft and Rockstar Games had formed a strategic alliance in order to provide exclusive episodic content for Xbox Live, giving the community ever-expanding gameplay experiences. Take2 Interactive then issued a press release which announced that GTA IV would be released simultaneously for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in October 2007. However, the game was delayed on August 2, 2007, because some elements of the development were proving to be more time-intensive than originally expected.

GTA: Vice City and GTA: San Andreas were considered to be part of the GTA III trilogy (same graphics engine, similar characters, similar mission style, etc.) which is why this title is called GTA4 and not GTA6, as many had originally anticipated. With the GTA3 trilogy having now ended, Grand Theft Auto IV marks the beginning of a new era in the series. It follows the release of the hugely successful GTA: San Andreas, which was released for PlayStation 2 in 2004, and then later for PC and Xbox during 2005. GTA IV marks the 10th anniversary of the Grand Theft Auto franchise.

It was announced on May 21, 2007, that GTA 4 would be available as a special edition on the same day as the regular edition. It is presented in a customised Grand Theft Auto metal safety deposit box, and includes the game, a limited edition duffel bag, an exclusive keychain, a selected soundtrack CD, and a Grand Theft Auto IV Art Book, featuring never-before-seen production artwork from GTA4.

In Grand Theft Auto 4 you play as Niko Bellic, an immigrant from Eastern Europe who was persuaded (by his cousin, Roman) to move to Liberty City in order to live the "American Dream." However, it soon becomes apparent that he was misled, and the nice life that Niko was expecting is not there. According to Janco Partners analyst Mike Hickey, a financial consultant for Take2 Interactive, around 150 developers are currently working on GTA 4.

Main Features

Game Play...

* Niko can use a mobile phone to recieve calls and phone his contacts. He can also use it to call taxis and purchase weapons. The options presented on the phone's LCD are Phonebook, Messages, Organizer, and Camera.

* Pedestrians smoke cigarettes, read books and newspapers, drop litter, talk on mobile phones, walk in and out of buildings, and generally act like any normal pedestrian would.

* It is possible to climb and descend telephone poles, and exterior fire escapes.

* There are many different animation sets for breaking into cars. One of these involves Niko smashing the side window with his elbow, climbing into the car, and then hotwiring it.

* Niko is able to manage his funds at ATMs.

* GTA IV features multiplayer, but it's "not a massively multiplayer game," according to Rockstar's creative vice president Dan Houser.

* It is possible to surf the internet in GTA4 via internet cafs. It is available from any computer in the game, and provides a hub for all sorts of interactivity within Liberty City.

* The camera angle behind the car is closer than it has been in previous GTAs. This allows you to see more detail on the cars, and more of the verticality of the city.

* In GTA IV, you will gain a police wanted level for any crime that you commit, providing there are witnesses present. The police can only chase you if they know where you are, and they need to see you to know where you are. If you escape the search area marked on the radar without being spotted, your wanted level will disappear.

* In terms of scale, GTA IV is about the same size as GTA: San Andreas, but the map size is considerably smaller. This is mainly due to the fact there is no desert or countryside in Liberty City. Liberty City in GTA4 is the biggest city R* have ever created.

* Every street in Liberty City contains a street sign with a name on it.

* It is possible to do more than one mission at a time. For example, some missions take place over several days and may involve waiting for phonecalls or attending interviews, and you are free to carry out other business during the waiting period.

* The story can be told in a number of different ways. Rockstar are trying to give people greater freedom and sense of control over their destiny. You now have a lot more choice in what you want to do.

Technology...

* Grand Theft Auto 4 runs on Rockstar's proprietary next generation game engine, R.A.G.E., allowing for an unprecedented level of realism and interactivity.

- New sunlight and weather effects which give the city a whole different appearance as the time of day progresses.

- Volumetric lighting effects allow sunlight to stream realistically into dusty interiors. Police spotlights will likely benefit from this effect as well when helicopters kick up debris.

- Normal (bump) maps will provide much more detail in models than the underlying polygons, as well as giving materials more texture and depth.

- Road and building textures are more varied than in previous GTAs. On some roads you will find potholes, metal plates (etc) where the road has been dug up.

- Modern pixel shaders give water, glass, cars, etc.. more realistic reflections and shininess than the earlier games.

- In cars, you can see real reflections on the rear and side-view mirrors.

* GTA4 uses euphoria, a fully procedural animation package created by NaturalMotion. The core technology is the Dynamic Motion Synthesis (DMS) system.

- Variations in the terrain are met with realistic changes in the walking animation.

- Unique game moments. Animations are created on the fly, so each player's experience will be unique. Gamers are no longer subjected to pre-recorded animations.

- Characters will react realisticaly to being hit with gunfire, cars, and melee weapons or fists.

- Players will be able to push people out of the way, rather than "floating" past them as in older games.

- Falling/thrown characters will react as in real life- They won't simply be limp, lifeless ragdolls. Nor will they use a canned "super hero" animation like before.

- Characters (and players?) will be able to hang on to helicopters and trucks, which will swing them around as the vehicle moves.

Setting

New York, New York! Economic powerhouse, beacon of hope to optimistic immigrants, home to tens of millions of citizens, rife with crime and seedy underworld riffraff; New York City is the epitome of everything that is American. It's really no wonder that Liberty City, Rockstar's exaggerated and cynical portrayal of New York, has called itself home to more than half of the Grand Theft Auto titles in existence.

Liberty City first appeared alongside Vice City and San Andreas as one of three major levels (cities) in the original Grand Theft Auto. Due to the game being produced by a British development team, much of Liberty City - along with Vice City and San Andreas - was based on stereotypes and twisted to suit British humour. Since then, it has resurfaced as the city of choice for Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance, and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. In every incarnation, Rockstar North consistently embraced the sensationalist, cynical sense of humour that was put forth in the first game.

Even when Liberty was not openly accessible to gamers in other titles, it played a prominent role in establishing the necessary storylines. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, the protagonist (Tommy Vercetti) and the mafia family in which he indebted to both hailed from Liberty City. In Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the protagonist (Carl Johnson) returned to San Andreas after residing in Liberty City for an extended period of time.

Past incarnations of Liberty City, however, have failed to truly resemble New York. Whereas Vice City was hailed as an achievement in Rockstar's ability to duplicate the overall feel of Miami, the winding streets and communities of Liberty City seemed cold and lifeless by comparison.

Things will be different. Rockstar North has wiped the slate clean, shutting the book on the Grand Theft Auto III trilogy and choosing to start anew. Gone are the days of zombie-like pedestrians, robotic law enforcement and stale surroundings. Liberty City has returned as the setting for Grand Theft Auto IV, but this isn't the Liberty City that we have embraced for over half a decade.

Bigger, grittier, and more brutal than ever, Liberty City is back with a vengeance in Grand Theft Auto IV. Four of the five boroughs - plus a portion of New Jersey - have been recreated from the bottom up in an attempt to finally nail the atmosphere of New York City. The Bronx has become Bohan. Brooklyn has become Broker. Manhattan has become Algonquin. New Jersey has become Alderney. And Queens has become Dukes. (Although Staten Island has no counterpart in GTA IV, the reasoning from Rockstar is justifiable - it just wouldn't be any fun to play.)

Liberty City's resemblance to New York, N.Y. isn't limited to geographical locations, however. Many of the landmarks that exist in New York are mirrored in GTA IV's Liberty City. The MetLife building - a major part of the Manhattan skyline - has been recreated as the GetaLife building. The DUMBO neighbourhood (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) exists in Liberty City as BOABO (Beneath the Offramp of the Algonquin Bridge Overpass). The Statue of Liberty - which wasn't present at all in GTA III - finally makes an appearance as the Statue of Happiness. Other notable landmarks of the New York skyline have been duplicated in GTA IV, including the Empire State building, Chrysler building, Flatiron, Roosevelt Island, Brooklyn Bridge, and many more.

In an attempt to fully embrace the culture and atmosphere of New York, Rockstar North has also made sure that the citizens of Liberty City echo those of New York City. The eccentric vagrants of New York coexist with the smarmy executive-types. Foreigners try to find their way as tourists stumble through crowded intersections. Crooked businessmen strike deals with ruthless opportunists. Organized crime thrives as the Russian and Italian mafias clash with the likes of the Chinese Triads and Yakuza. The trafficking of drugs coincides with the smuggling of weapons. All of this is interwoven, giving Liberty City the authenticity of a modern-day New York City.

Boats have been confirmed, so sea travel is possible, and Niko has the ability to swim in the game, which is great news.

In an article in the official Xbox magazine in the U.S, it confirmed that car trunks would be a new game feature. When they approached the parked car in Broker from behind, the Admiral that so many publications got to see getting broken into, information prompt came up on the top left side of the screen, indicating to press the left bumper or "LB" button of the Xbox 360 controller in order to open the trunk. This button is the equivalent of the PlayStation controller's "L1" button. Whether this feature will only be used in missions or at anytime during gameplay is yet to be known.

The 360 EZine reports that time based missions are definitely in the game. It also mentions 'time limited actions.' For example: If a train leaves at 10.00pm and you arrive an 10.01pm, you fail the mission.

It has been confirmed that the Pay and Spray will be returning this time round but spraying the car will not get rid of your wanted level.

When purchasing clothes, you have to choose the items from the shelf individually.

Shooting different parts of the body has different impacts (e.g shoot a security guard in the foot at the top of the stairs, and he'll come tumbling down.)

In GTA IV you have to develop relationships with other characters. Your relationship with Little Jacob, for example, is maintained through phone calls and loyalty. Developing good relationships with different characters can provide different rewards.

The weapons on offer by Little Jacob included a 9mm, a shotgun, an SMG, and a micro SMG also the rocket launcher makes a return (A distinct tube-shaped weapon strapped to the underside of Little Jacob's trunk hatch).

A thin green band around the minimap on your HUD indicates your health.

When entering a cab, the player must first give the cabbie a location, which is handled on the d-pad. When the car starts moving, players have the option to hit the A button to skip the ride and be warped to the location, X to tell the cabbie to hurry it up(which is shown visually by the cabbie speeding up and punching the horn) and Y to exit the cab. The right analog stick is used for camera movement, for which there are dozens of views.'

According to several previews with different magazines it seems to be a confirmed fact that Niko will be living a tougher life than he thought, against the LC law. Comments made in the magazines confirm that pedestrians in the street will remember previous events that occurred within the game, and appear to run off at the first sight of you for no apparent reason. Police officers will also remember what you look like. Looks as though you'll now have a permanent criminal record.

A fare meter appears on-screen as soon as Niko enters a cab, and the camera pans around it as it drives.
