Another shot from my Swedish adventure!

This is from a little place called Skansen, which is actually inside Stockholm itself, an amazing capital city

So I went wandering around Durham late last night, this is probably the best shot I got. Overexposure helping to make that building in the middle look like something alien related is going on inside, I still like it

Anyway this is an experimental piece playing with colours and exposure. The idea behind the setting of the shot comes from a story idea I had some years back, I wrote a few chapters and recently I thought I'd like to continue it and see how well it goes.

The working title for it is 'Ars Goetia', which refers to the 72 demons said to have been evoked by King Solomon. The idea for my story follows a detective investigating a bizarre series of murders, with each murder scene hiding symbolism of Goetia magic and the demons. This idea pretty much came about from my love of anything surreal and the idea of hidden worlds and magics that most humans are oblivious to. I wanted take a character very much grounded in the real world, then expose them to a world where not everything is as we know it, where things that are impossible or unbelievable, are real.

The idea for the photo is the thought of something dark stalking the main character, his car has broken down on a remote, narrow road, at the last streetlight for miles. The surrounding darkness is intense, with an unnatural mist hanging high the air.
I don't know exactly what I'm planning to do with this story, I just thought it was a cool idea I'm not exactly that good at bringing my ideas to life but I hope this kinda worked, even if just a little xD

Ghosts! Being all spooky-like. No image editing yet, this was just a long exposure, I will edit this soon hopefully and try to remove that drop of rain on the image on the left, didn't realise that was there Also will hopefully be able to provide a higher resoltion of this on request soon, my original file was overwritten by Windows *glares* but hoping I can get hold of a backup of it someone else has.

Taken from the end of the pier, somewhat over-exposed, especially the glow from the pier lights but I like this one The wet sand made for an awesome reflection and I really like this one

We went wandering through the woods and after a circle found this spot where you could just see the village through the trees, thought it made a really nice shot

Anyway I finally got around to finishing my chibi pic of Light, so here it is, complete with uber heart!

Aha! I did say I would finish this eventually, only took what, 3-4 months? * but I am pretty happy with this, and I have drawn Roy's circle FAR too much

Our group from the Wichita Anime Convention! ance: But this was my first convention and I loved it, rabid rangirls or not. I probably bought almost everything related to FMA in the store and the whole experience just kicked the rest of my life into insignificance (ooh big word for 2am *needs sleep for once*)

This was requested a little while ago by Kendra ( ~rukes ), I was gonna have this finished for Monday... but hey Thursday's not bad... right? XP
Man I've put a lot of time into this, I actually started it using my Laptop's touch pad, then my graphics tablet came this week and I did the interior and all the colouring and shading with that xD
Anyway I'm sooo happy with this, it's the first time I've done the interior and gone to detail on light shading, the only thing that bugs me is the wheels... >> But they were giving me hell

Anyway, say what you think ^^

NOTE: I have noticed a small mistake, there's a line that blotches outta place, I will fix that and update it tomorrow

Well I got back from college today and saw him hanging around, anyway I ended up showing him the other 2 cel-shaded cars I've done and he asked me to do his xD
He had me change it a little, getting rid of those little 'features' he didn't like such as the door handle, number plate, boot lock, and a few other things. Anyway he (and I) thought it looked really good, so here's my 3rd car piccy.

I maybe should have spent more time doing some details on the wheels but I had to go pick my little brothers and sister up from school.
Also he wanted me to try it from the back (to show off his lights - he's a boy racer too xP) so it was a new angle for me, but it's come off pretty good.
